Smaply online course

In the Smaply online course about experience management, you learn how to innovate customer experience – in 3 hours, for free, and including certificate.

Can I get a certificate?

To get a certificate, you need to participate in the short exam at the end of the course. The exam consists of 20 questions, of which you need to answer 12 right (equals 60%).

You can expect the certificate within 3 business says after the submission.

You can only repeat an exam 24 hours after your first try. This is our way to make sure that learners take their time to go back to the content and wrap their heads around it, really understand the topic.

Knowing that in an online context, we will never be able to fully control for a tiny bit of cheating, this is our try to ensure the certificate does keep a certain quality. We think that's in everybody's interest.

I can't reset my password, what can I do?

Please note that these two things are running on different platforms:

1) Smaply app password reset happens on https://app.smaply.com/users/password/new – if this does not work, then please send us an email at support@smaply.com and let us know what email you used to sign up for the software.

2) Smaply online course password reset happens on https://smaply.thinkific.com/users/password/new – in case you don't get a response here, please reach out to www.thinkific.com, the learning platform on which we're hosting the online course.
