Steps to reset your password:
- Click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page
- Now click "Send reset instructions". This will send a reset link to your registered email address
- Go to your inbox and find the email with the subject “Reset your password”
- Click the "Reset Password" button in the email
- Create a new password. Make sure it follows these guidelines:
- Minimum length: 10 characters
- Password strength: Avoid low-complexity passwords, otherwise, you may receive an error message.
Tip: Login via email code
If you’re having trouble with your password, you can also log in using an email code. Simply click the "Email sign-in code"-button and have a code sent to your email address.
