First steps with Smaply 3.0

Switch from Smaply Classic to Smaply 3.0

This article gives a short introduction to going from Smaply Classic to Smaply 3.0, as well as information on transferring journey maps and transitioning time.

Smaply Classic and Smaply 3.0 are separate apps, each requiring a distinct login. You can use the same email address for Smaply 3.0 that you already use for Smaply Classic, however, the sign-up flow is different.

To access Smaply 3.0, visit the Smaply 3.0 login page and enter your email address. You will receive a login link to access the platform.

If you are a Smaply Classic user, you can continue using the tool via the Smaply Classic login page. Also, the helpdesk for Smaply Classic is still available.

Moving Journey Maps from Smaply Classic to Smaply 3.0:

We are actively working on a solution to facilitate a smooth transfer  from Smaply Classic to Smaply 3.0. Rest assured, we will notify you once the migration process is prepared.

Transition Period and Maintenance of Smaply Classic:

While Smaply Classic remains available, it will not receive new features as our team is focusing on enhancing Smaply 3.0.
