First steps with Smaply 3.0

Account management

Learn about general account management with Smaply 3.0. How to sign up, login, cancel your account, troubleshoot, and what browsers are supported for Smaply 3.0.

Creating an Account: 

To create a Smaply 3.0 account, visit the Smaply 3.0 login page and enter your email address, or sign in via Google or LinkedIn.

Upon registration, you will receive a login link in your email inbox. This link is valid for 30 days and is for one-time use. If you log out of Smaply 3.0, you will need to enter your email again to create a new login link.

After clicking on the login link, you will be directed to the Smaply 3.0 dashboard.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

If you didn’t receive the login link email, consider the following:

  • 1. Check Your Spam Folder: The email might end up in your spam folder. Please make sure to check there.
  • 2. Firewall Restrictions: Check with your IT department to ensure the email is not being blocked due to strict firewall settings. Alternatively, try signing up with a different email or from a different network.

Accessing Smaply Classic accounts:

You can continue to access your Smaply Classic account.

Cancel the account & delete data

You can cancel your Smaply 3.0 account at any time. Please drop us a line at support@smaply.com and we will delete your account and the associated data immediately.
