In this course you get an overview on the most important methods and tools of customer experience management. This course consists of 5 modules, going into the details of personas, journey mapping and stakeholder mapping.

The chapters include various learning materials, such as video tutorials, deep-dive sessions, examples and practitioner's stories, cheat sheets and tips for getting started.

The final exam takes about 15 minutes. For successful completion you receive a certificate.
