10 surprising examples of customer experience innovation from traffic and transportation

February 22, 2022

Sometimes it doesn’t take much to make a product or service come with a better customer experience. Here are some examples where (service) designers, based on the pain points they found and after some out-of-the-box thinking, further developed services that sometimes even go beyond the initial purpose.

There is one thing that is needed to solve a pain point, make products more useful, make services more exciting: uncovering and understanding the pain point itself. In this collection we admire the work of service and product designers who found pain points in their customer journeys that you would not expect in the first place.
