Keeping the overview of all projects that are going on is tough. Smaply's integration with Jira makes it easier: the new Jira lane allows you to connect a step with related Jira issues. You can use this to work with your Jira issues right on the journey map and synchronize it with your team work progress. You'll be able to see up-to-date statuses, priorities, and assignees. The improved version of the comment mode automatically sends email notifications to commenters when a comment has been created. Learn more

Our classic persona template has been updated to include some more useful details to meet the complexity of your target group.

A redesign of our tag system will make it easier for you to keep an overview of your projects.

The persona slider enables you to visualize a persona's character traits, interests or similar. On a one dimensional scale you can show the intensity, for example from high to low or other levels that you can define individually.

We completely redesigned the export sidebar. Exports to PDF and PNG are now located under the tab "Poster".

When viewing the shared version of a journey map, clicking a link to another journey map will redirect you to the shared version of the linked map if that is available. If the linked map is not shared, you will be redirected to the in-app version of the linked map.

The journey map link lane allows you to connect a step with related journey maps. You can use this lane to zoom into a detailed journey of a particular step or to show alternative journeys of different zoom levels, use cases, scenarios, contexts, etc. More info

A live data lane allows you to connect a step to an external source of data like a Google Spreadsheet and automatically visualize any numerical data such as revenue, churn, conversion, satisfaction scores, NPS, etc. More info

When filtering projects on the dashboard by two or more filters, only projects matching all filter criteria will show up. Previously all projects matching at least one filter would show up. More info
