Demo project: airport experience
How does a journey map made with Smaply look like? How does the customization of persona templates work? How can stakeholder maps be changed and optimized? Smaply’s demo project takes you by the hand by providing you a best practice example.
The demo project shows you how to illustrate the essential parts of user journey maps, personas and stakeholder maps. For example, what components can be used, how to sort them, what lanes can include what content.
How to access the project
The project will be visible on your account dashboard a couple of minutes after you’ve signed up for and confirmed your account (Smaply needs some time to load the information into the newly created account).
It’s named “Airport experience”. Here’s a glimpse on the upper part of the journey map.

You can also use the read-only version to have a look at the journey map; the persona and stakeholder map example however are only available after login.
What to do with the project
You can see how the persona templates can be used, what stakeholder maps could look like, and what the different parts of the journey maps are there for.
You can do with it whatever you want – just read it, change it, duplicate maps, export and share your changes.
