Smaply’s foundations are rooted in deep knowledge about service design. Founded by thought leaders of the service design approach: Marc Stickdorn, Jakob Schneider, and Klaus Schwarzenberger, who are also co-authors of the award-winning books ‘This is Service Design Thinking’ and ‘This is Service Design Doing’. This knowledge is passed onto Smaply customers in the form of custom trainings and learning resources.
